Life moves fast.
The calendar fills up.
Responsibilities pile up.
And the goals that once felt exciting get pushed aside.
Not because you stopped caring.
But because real life rarely leaves space to pause.

You didn’t get here by accident.
You built something. You pushed. You showed up when nobody else would.
And somewhere along the way, the thing that was supposed to create freedom started to feel like a cage.
Not because you’re broken.
Not because you need another strategy.
But because real life rarely leaves space to stop and ask the one question that actually matters:
Most people never ask. They just keep moving. More hours. More commitments. More of the same pattern that got them stuck in the first place.
Time to Thrive exists to create the pause.
Three sessions. Three days. One honest look at where you are, what’s been costing you, and what actually needs to change.
This isn’t a hype event.
There’s no countdown timer to pressure you into a $5,000 program.
This is a room for people who are ready to be honest with themselves—and who want to be around others doing the same.

You're capable, driven, and stretched thin.
You've built something real — but the pace you're running at isn't sustainable, and you know it. The wins keep coming, but so does the weight.
You've achieved a lot, but still feel off-center.
From the outside, things look great. But privately, there's a gap between where you are and where you thought this would take you. Success was supposed to feel different than this.
You're tired of motivation that fades in a week.
You've read the books. You've been to the events. You've had the Monday morning breakthroughs that disappear by Friday. You don't need another pep talk — you need something that actually rewires how you operate.
You want progress without sacrificing your health, relationships, or sanitity.
You're not willing to trade one part of your life to fix another. You've seen what that costs. You want a path forward that doesn't require burning everything else down to get there.
You're ready to stop reacting and start designing what comes next.
You're done letting the inbox, the calendar, and other people's urgency run your life. You want to be the one deciding what matters — and you want the clarity to back it up.
A clear view of what matters most now
A better understanding of what has been draining your momentum
A practical framework for making stronger decisions
A personal plan for your next 90 days
A renewed sense of direction you can actually sustain
Day 1 — Clear the Noise
Identify what is pulling your energy, attention, and life off course.
Day 2 — Rebuild the Frame
Realign your priorities across business, relationships, health, and purpose.
Day 3 — Build What’s Next
Turn your clarity into a simple, realistic plan you can start using immediately.
Most events are designed to fire you up. Loud music. Big energy. A rush of inspiration that lasts until Tuesday.
Time to Thrive is designed to steady you.
There are no hype speeches. No audience manipulation. No bait-and-switch where the real content is locked behind a paywall.
Everything we teach across all three days is built to deliver a complete experience. You won't finish Day 3 feeling like you only got half the picture. You'll finish with clarity on what's been off, a framework for realigning your priorities, and a 90-day plan you can start executing immediately.
That's the whole point. If the event doesn't change the way you see your life and your business in three days, we haven't done our job.
Clarity lasts longer than motivation. And alignment beats force every time.

Over the years, Rich has built and led companies across internet services, finance, communications, consulting, and construction. His path took him from founding an early internet company to advising the U.S. Secret Service on financial crimes. He later became one of Accenture’s youngest Directors, generating over $150 million in revenue, before launching his own Wall Street trading platform.
Then everything changed. On September 11, 2001, Rich’s office on the 84th floor of One World Trade Center was destroyed. In a matter of minutes, a venture valued at more than $100 million was gone.

Do I need to attend all three days?
We strongly recommend it. Each day builds on the one before it. Day 1 surfaces the patterns. Day 2 realigns the frame. Day 3 builds the plan. If you skip a day, you’ll miss the foundation that makes the next day land.
Will there be recordings?
The live sessions are designed to be experienced in real time with other participants. Recordings are available to registered attendees who opt-in for the VIP experience, but the real value is in showing up live.
Is this going to be a sales pitch for a high-ticket program?
No — and we're going to be straight with you about this. The three days are designed to stand completely on their own. You'll walk away with real clarity and a real plan whether you ever do anything else with us or not.
At the end of the event, we will share information about the Integris Roundtable — a weekly mastermind for high-level entrepreneurs, business owners, business leaders and CEOs who want to continue this work alongside peers operating at the same level and playing full out. It's by application only, and there's no obligation whatsoever to apply. We mention it because some people finish the three days and genuinely want a next step — a room where this kind of honest conversation keeps going. It would be a disservice not to offer that. But nobody will be pressured, and the event doesn't exist to sell it. The event exists to deliver.
I’m busy. Is two hours a day really worth it?
If you’re too busy to spend two hours examining whether the way you’re spending the other twenty-two is actually working—that’s probably worth paying attention to. This event was built for people with
full calendars. That’s the point.
Who is this for? I’m not sure I’m the right fit.
This is for entrepreneurs, executives, business owners, and high-performers who’ve achieved a lot but feel like something’s off. If you’re coasting on autopilot and know you’re capable of more—or if you’re grinding hard but the results don’t feel like they’re adding up to a life you actually want—you’re the right fit.
What if I can’t make a session?
Register anyway. We’ll send you details on how to opt-in for the VIP experience and access the replays for life. But do everything you can to be there live—the interaction and real-time exercises are where the breakthroughs happen.
Most people will scroll past this. They’ll tell themselves they’ll come back to it later.
They won’t.
Just a room full of people who are ready to stop running and start building something that actually matters.
