TIME TO THRIVE

A grounded experience for people who are tired of reinventing themselves and

ready to move forward with clarity.

Why Time to Thrive

By this point in the year, most people are quietly in the same place.

The motivation faded.

The calendar filled back up.

And the goals that felt exciting a few weeks ago now feel heavy.

Not because you didn’t care.

But because real life didn’t magically change.

Time to Thrive exists for this moment.

It’s a space to pause the pressure, reset your pace, and get clear on what actually works for where you are right now not who you thought you needed to become in January.

This Is For You If…

You’re capable, driven, and quietly exhausted

You’ve tried to “do it differently” before and burned out anyway

You want clarity more than motivation

You’re tired of systems that require a complete life overhaul

You want progress that doesn’t cost your health, relationships, or sanity

If you’re looking for a quick fix, this isn’t it.
If you’re ready for something more realistic, you’ll feel it.

What You’ll Experience

Time to Thrive isn’t about doing more.

It’s about understanding why the way you’ve been trying hasn’t worked and finding a better way forward that actually fits your capacity.

You can expect:

  • Honest conversation

  • Space to think without pressure

  • Practical perspective that doesn’t disappear the next day

  • Clarity instead of overwhelm

You won’t leave with a checklist.

You’ll leave knowing what matters next and what doesn’t.

Why This Is Different

Most events are designed to fire you up.

Time to Thrive is designed to steady you.

Because clarity lasts longer than motivation.

And alignment outperforms force every time.

Meet Your Host

Rich Kelly

Rich helps entrepreneurs and executives achieve levels of success they didn’t think were possible—not just in business, but in building meaningful relationships.

He understands the high-achiever mindset because he has lived it since age 11.

Rich’s career took him from founding an early internet company to advising the U.S. Secret Service on financial crimes. He eventually became one of Accenture’s youngest Directors, generating $90 million in revenue, before launching his own revolutionary trading platform on Wall Street.

Then, everything changed. On September 11, 2001, Rich’s office on the 84th floor of One World Trade Center was destroyed. In mere minutes, his venture worth over $100 million evaporated.

While he lost his fortune, he gained something far more valuable: perspective. Rich realized his non-stop "hustle" had ground down his relationships with his wife and children. Surviving that day proved that there is a gift on the other side of every adversity.

Today, Rich uses that experience to help leaders find their "Why." He provides the tools to face fears, overcome obstacles, and build a life of your own design—one that makes the world a better place.
