Life moves fast.
The calendar fills up.
Responsibilities pile up.
And the goals that once felt exciting get pushed aside.
Not because you stopped caring.
But because real life rarely leaves space to pause.

You didn’t get here by accident.
You built something. You pushed. You showed up when nobody else would.
And somewhere along the way, the thing that was supposed to create freedom started to feel like a cage.
Not because you’re broken.
Not because you need another strategy.
But because real life rarely leaves space to stop and ask the one question that actually matters:
Most people never ask. They just keep moving. More hours. More commitments. More of the same pattern that got them stuck in the first place.
Time to Thrive exists to create the pause.
Three sessions. Three days. One honest look at where you are, what’s been costing you, and what actually needs to change.
This isn’t a hype event.
There’s no countdown timer to pressure you into a $5,000 program.
This is a room for people who are ready to be honest with themselves—and who want to be around others doing the same.

A clear view of what matters most now
A better understanding of what has been draining your momentum
A practical framework for making stronger decisions
A personal plan for your next 90 days
A renewed sense of direction you can actually sustain
Day 1 — Clear the Noise
Identify what is pulling your energy, attention, and life off course.
Day 2 — Rebuild the Frame
Realign your priorities across business, relationships, health, and purpose.
Day 3 — Build What’s Next
Turn your clarity into a simple, realistic plan you can start using immediately.
Most events are designed to fire you up.
Time to Thrive is designed to steady you.
Because clarity lasts longer than motivation.
And alignment beats force every time.

Built and led companies across finance, consulting, internet services, and construction
One of Accenture’s youngest Directors — generating over $150M in revenue
Advised the U.S. Secret Service on financial crimes
Founded a Wall Street trading platform from the ground up
Working in business since age 11 in his family’s company

Over the years, Rich has built and led companies across internet services, finance, communications, consulting, and construction. His path took him from founding an early internet company to advising the U.S. Secret Service on financial crimes. He later became one of Accenture’s youngest Directors, generating over $150 million in revenue, before launching his own Wall Street trading platform.
Then everything changed. On September 11, 2001, Rich’s office on the 84th floor of One World Trade Center was destroyed. In a matter of minutes, a venture valued at more than $100 million was gone.
