Why This Exists

Life moves fast.

The calendar fills up.

Responsibilities pile up.

And the goals that once felt exciting get pushed aside.

Not because you stopped caring.

But because real life rarely leaves space to pause.

Time to Thrive exists to create that moment.

This Is For You If…

You’re capable, driven, and quietly exhausted.

You’ve tried to

“do it differently” before and burned out anyway.

You want clarity more than motivation.

You’re tired of systems that require a total life overhaul

You want progress that doesn’t cost your health, relationships, or sanity

If you're looking for a quick fix,

this isn't it.

If you're ready for something more honest, you'll feel it.

What Happens at Time to Thrive

Clarity Over Noise
Real conversations that cut through the pressure, expectations, and endless advice.

Practical Thinking
Frameworks and ideas that actually work in real life not- perfect-life theory.

Honest Perspective
A space where people speak honestly about what’s really happening behind the scenes.

Momentum That Feels Sustainable
Not motivation that fades next week, but direction that fits the life you actually want to live.

What You’ll Experience

You can expect:

  • Honest conversations

  • Space to think without pressure

  • Practical shifts in perspective that last beyond the event.

  • Clarity instead of overwhelm

Time to Thrive isn’t about doing more.

It’s about understanding why the way you’ve been trying hasn’t worked
and finding a better way forward that actually fits your capacity.

You won’t leave with a checklist.

You’ll leave knowing what matters next and what doesn’t.

Why This Is Different

Most events are designed to fire you up.
Time to Thrive is designed to steady you.

Because clarity lasts longer than motivation.
And alignment beats force every time.

Meet Your Host

Richard Kelly

CEO at Strategic Results Group

Rich Kelly helps entrepreneurs, executives, and business owners achieve results they once thought were out of reach—not only in business, but in the quality of their relationships and the way they live their lives. He understands the high-achiever mindset because he has lived it since age 11, when he first began working in his family’s business.

Over the years, Rich has built and led companies across internet services, finance, communications, consulting, and construction. His path took him from founding an early internet company to advising the U.S. Secret Service on financial crimes. He later became one of Accenture’s youngest Directors, generating over $150 million in revenue, before launching his own Wall Street trading platform.

Then everything changed. On September 11, 2001, Rich’s office on the 84th floor of One World Trade Center was destroyed. In a matter of minutes, a venture valued at more than $100 million was gone.

What he gained from that loss was perspective.

Rich saw clearly that nonstop achievement without purpose can cost far more than money. Since then, he has dedicated his life to helping leaders find their “Why,” face fear head-on, overcome obstacles, and build a business and life by design—one that creates real success and leaves a meaningful impact on the world.

Naveed Bhatti

Chief Strategy & Growth Officer
Leaders Team

Naveed Bhatti is a transformational facilitator who has led leadership and personal development programs in more than 50 cities across seven countries, impacting over 10,000 participants worldwide.

Known for his direct, engaging, and thought-provoking style, Naveed guides people to uncover the hidden assumptions and internal narratives that quietly shape their lives. His work helps individuals see how much of their thinking, behavior, and decision-making is driven by beliefs they never consciously chose.

Through this process, participants reconnect with their purpose, realign their actions with what truly matters, and begin creating lives that reflect who they genuinely are rather than who they’ve been conditioned to be.

Naveed’s programs are not about motivation or temporary inspiration. They are about seeing clearly — often for the first time — what has been shaping your life all along.

Because once you see it, you can choose differently. And that is where thriving begins
