1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any website, landing page, funnel page, or digital property operated by Strategic Results Group, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”), including but not limited to strategicresults.group, timetothrive.com, and any associated subdomains or third-party hosted pages (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

Strategic Results Group, Inc. provides business consulting, leadership development, coaching, and live virtual events, including the Time to Thrive program and the Integris Roundtable membership community. The Site may also offer free or paid resources including but not limited to webinars, downloadable content, email sequences, and community access.

3. Event Registration and Participation

When you register for a free or paid event through the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your registration.

Free Events: Registration for free events such as Time to Thrive grants you access to the live sessions as described on the registration page. We reserve the right to limit attendance, modify the schedule, change facilitators, or cancel the event at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified via the email address provided at registration.

Paid Events, Programs, and Memberships: Paid offerings are governed by the specific terms presented at the point of purchase, including pricing, refund policies, and access duration. In the absence of specific terms, a 14-day refund policy applies from the date of purchase, provided the purchaser has not accessed more than 25% of the program content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, slide decks, playbooks, frameworks, methodologies, and course materials—is the intellectual property of Strategic Results Group, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Event recordings, if provided, are for the personal, non-commercial use of the registered attendee only. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling event recordings is strictly prohibited.

5. User Conduct

By using the Site or participating in any event or community operated by the Company, you agree to:

  Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect and professionalism

  Refrain from recording, screenshotting, or capturing any live event content without express written permission

  Not use the Site or events for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

  Not attempt to disrupt the experience of other participants

  Not share login credentials or event access links with unauthorized parties

 

We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event or community, and to terminate access to the Site, at our sole discretion and without refund if we determine that a participant has violated these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

No Professional Advice: The content provided through the Site, events, and programs is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional business, financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before making any business or personal decisions based on information received through our services.

No Guarantee of Results: We make no representations or guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from participation in our events, programs, or use of our content. Individual results will vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to effort, existing circumstances, and market conditions. Any testimonials or case studies presented on the Site represent individual experiences and are not intended as a promise of similar results.

As-Is Basis: The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strategic Results Group, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, facilitators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Site, participation in events, or reliance on any content provided by the Company.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strategic Results Group, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services (including but not limited to payment processors, webinar platforms, email service providers, and community platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

10. Communications, Marketing, and SMS/Text Messaging

By registering for an event, purchasing a product, or submitting your contact information through the Site, you consent to receive communications from the Company via email and, if you provide your phone number, via SMS/text message. These communications may include:

  Event confirmations, reminders, and schedule updates

  Follow-up content and post-event resources

  Promotional and marketing messages about upcoming events, programs, and offers

  Community updates and announcements

 

SMS/Text Messaging Consent: By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Strategic Results Group, Inc., you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from us at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

How to Opt Out of Text Messages: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at the email or phone number listed in Section 14.

Help: If you are experiencing issues with our text messaging program, you can reply HELP to any text message for assistance, or contact us directly.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out of Emails: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of any email. Transactional emails related to your registration or purchase (such as confirmations and receipts) are not subject to opt-out and will continue to be sent as needed.

 

Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not affect communications required to deliver services you have registered for or purchased.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific terms presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
